The Mustard Glaze:
•2 tbsp Whole grain or Dijon mustard
•1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
•2 cloves Garlic, minced
•1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
•1 tsp Each of fresh rosemary and thyme, finely chopped
•Pinch of salt and black pepper
For Serving:
•Lemon wedges and fresh dill for garnish.
Step 1: Prep & WhiskStep
Preheat your broiler (or oven to 400°F). In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs until well combined.
2: Coat
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Generously spread the herb-mustard mixture over the top and sides of each fillet.
3: Broil
Broil for 7-10 minutes (depending on thickness). Look for the glaze to become slightly golden and bubbly while the salmon stays moist inside.
Step 4: Rest & Garnish
Remove from the oven and let rest for 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork.
